A battery health management system maintains over 80% capacity after 1,000 charging cycles, and the device holds TÜV SÜD certification for 60 months of sustained performance.

Processing is handled by the MediaTek Helio G100 Turbo, a 6nm octa-core chipset with NXTURBO 4.0 optimization, achieving an AnTuTu score above 400,000. The 6.8" HD+ 120Hz display reaches 750 nits peak brightness and dual DTS-tuned speakers provide high-fidelity audio. The camera system has a 50MP main sensor with Night Mode and Super Macro, plus an 8MP front camera. The device also supports NFC with Google Pay and carries an IP64 water resistance rating. The K70 Power is available with 8GB RAM, with expansion up to 16GB, and 256GB storage.

TCL engaged Mobiwire as the JDM partner for the K70 Power, with the goal of building a mass-market smartphone differentiated primarily by battery performance.

Mobiwire took responsibility for the hardware platform within TCL's product specifications for display size, performance tier, and target retail price. The main engineering focus was the battery system: validating the 6500mAh cell and 33W charging combination against real-world usage patterns, and integrating a health management system to extend effective battery life. The device launched with a 5-year battery durability guarantee.

TÜV SÜD 60-month fluency certification was pursued to support TCL's retail messaging with a credible third-party benchmark. The MediaTek Helio G100 Turbo was selected for its balance of performance and power efficiency — consistent with the battery-first brief.

The K70 Power launched globally through TCL's retail and carrier networks, with Mobiwire supporting production ramp, quality validation, and regional compliance through to launch.
